Publisher Europe's Energy Portal, owned and operated by BCN B.V., is an organisation founded under Dutch law

Product Country specific historical energy price report. Produced and maintained by Publisher.

Licensee Natural or legal person who purchased products from publisher

Sub-licensee Natural or legal person professionally related to licensee.

Respondent Natural or legal person who periodically submits energy data to publisher

User Person that utilizes the Publisher's website, also known as website visitor.

The energy sample report is published under the following terms:

1.1	User is granted permission for non-commercial, non-exclusive distribution of the sample report.
1.2	In case any modification is applied by the user to the sample report, a statement must be added to the product identifying the modificator, date of changes and a description of the modifications that were applied.
1.3	Exclusive rights remain with publisher.

Licensees are bound to the following terms:

2.1	Permission is granted for sole use by the licensee, or site-specific use by the licensee: e.g. publication on company intranet or internal report.
2.2	Permission is granted for non-commercial, non-exclusive distribution of the product, in whole or part, to a maximum of three sub-licensees. Sub-licensee does not have distribution rights. To acquire additional publishing rights, please contact licensing[at]energy.eu.

2.4	Exclusive rights remain with publisher.

3.1	Reports contain the latest price data for electricity, natural gas and road transport fuels, a breakdown of energy price data for households and the full history of all energy price data from January 2000 onwards.
3.2	The reports may be purchased as a single order, or as a subscription. For subscription offers, please contact us.
3.3	Payment methods accepted are a.o. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and wire transfer. An EU-conform PDF invoice is attached to the confirmation e-mail. For questions, contact accounting[at]energy.eu

4.1	Publisher, nor any of its employees or contractors make any representations or warranties, express, implied, or statutory, as to the validity, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the product.
4.2	Publisher, nor any of its employees or contractors accept any liability resulting from the use of such data and shall in no way be liable for any costs, expenses, claims, or demands arising out of the use of such data.
4.3	This agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be settled by a Dutch court of law.
4.4	All listed sales prices exclude Value Added Tax (VAT).

5.1	Use of this website is entirely at your own risk, for which publisher shall not be liable. It shall be the user's responsibility to ensure that any information available through this website meet his specific requirements. The content of the pages of this website is for general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
5.2	This website contains material which is owned by publisher. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.
5.3	Publisher has the right to change pricing of any product or service without prior notice.
5.4	Unauthorised use of this website, may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

6.1	Personal information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given away for any reason whatsoever, without written consent.
6.2	Publisher implemented extensive security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Credit card information is stored only with a PCI compliant payment provider.
6.3	Publisher stores a cookie on a visitor's Internet browser when the visitor choses any product from publisher. Cookies facilitate e-commerce only. Publisher hosts Google analytics software.
6.4	All input from respondents are anonymised. Contents of products cannot be identified or linked to any single respondent. Respondent information is stored securely.
6.5	Publisher processes any personal data on the basis of a purchase agreement and will not store any personal data for any longer than is necessary to complete the purchase agreement.
